Sad songs for sad dudes. Met these guys years back when they needed a place to sleep for 2 nights because their tour wasn’t fully booked. Been friends ever since and always stoked to host them again! They’ve been making waves in the UK with their latest EP “IN SICKNESS & HEALTH”, a cathartic mix of ambient post-rock and post-hardcore.

MONT-DORE (BE – Black Basset Records)

One of the belgian undergrounds’ best export products! With their latest effort “Fractures” that sold out on vinyl pretty fast, they’ve been able to play all important stages in Europe, including Miss The Stars Fest and Fluff Fest. Mont-Doré’s live show is always an intens experience that includes projections and other visual effects next to the band actually trashing up the stage.

ROPE (UK – Flood Records & Truthseeker Music)

Formed out of the ashes of Goodtime Boys, but taking a completely different approach on guitar music. On the edge of improvisation they managed to record an entire album (twice actually, more details soon!) completely live in two days with Lewis Johns at The Ranch Production House. It’s not post-hardcore nor sludge nor post-punk but definitely a bit of each.

You could say Slow Worries are an indierockband. The songs reflect their shared love for early 90s indie and pop, combining dreamy melodies with solid dissonance. While taking cues from the likes of Helium, The Spinanes & Slant 6, their 2 guitars/drums lineup betrays a post-hardcore influence as well.
